CutMark primarily sells digital educational services and online course access. Because digital access may be delivered immediately after successful payment, return and refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Payment received but course access was not provided due to a verified technical issue
Transaction was completed incorrectly because of a system or gateway error
Any other case approved by management after review

Failure to attend classes, watch lessons, or use the purchased service
Incorrect purchase caused by user negligence after order confirmation
